We got letters from our Airman today.

I’m an emotional wreck.

Day 20 - had to sub again because the internet wouldn’t let me play the insanity links.

So since I have chalean extreme downloaded I did Lean Intervals (cardio intervals which incorporate light weights) and Burn Circuit 3.

All I have to say is- I BETTER have a nice ass in 3 months because 90% of Chalene’s moves are SQUATS AND LUNGES! It’s a love/hate thing.

Gonna try to download insanity tonight so I won’t have to rely on internet links.

And then it’ll be back on track tomorrow: day 21, pure cardio & cardio abs.

Probably won’t be on tumblr much today so here’s my plan for the day:

  • Plyometric Cardio Circuit (DAY 20!!!!)
  • Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 3 
  • Clean the house
  • Take Rian & my brothers to waterpark, if it warms up
  • Go to school to pick up textbooks

Hopefully I can accomplish all of this!!!

ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today is Dalton’s first payday so that means i SHOULD be getting a child support check in the mail this week!!!!! ahhhhh. i’m excited.

Whenever I see someone unfollow me after making a personal post, I just think, “Did you bother to check out my blog before you followed me, or did you just assume I sit here and reblog fitness graphics day and night?”

I lose AT LEAST 1…

My blog is 90% personal posts, most fitness or health related, some not. I prefer to follow people that make mostly personal posts as well. I hate blogs that ONLY reblog.
